What is available for online ordering?

While most of our range is available online we have found that most people want to discuss their requirements prior to making a final decision, and we like to ensure that your individual wants are satisfied by matching the correct latex mattress to your needs. Before making the investment, there are many factors to be considered to ensure that you will be correctly supported and comfortable on your new latex mattress. Therefore, you may choose to order online or over the phone once you’ve selected the perfect product.

What happens once I place an order?

We can usually give you a delivery date at the time you place your order. For some interstate deliveries however, our delivery service will call you when your mattress arrives in your state to arrange a suitable day to deliver. Rest assured, your mattress will be hand crafted to the highest standard and dispatched to you without delay.

How can I check on the progress of my order?

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa and Mastercard, Eftpos, American Express, Direct Deposit, Cash, and Cheque. We also have Zip Money and AfterPay available for eligible customers.

Can I pay by phone?

If you wish to pay by credit card over the phone, please call us on 1300 759 859 with your order number and credit card details.

Do you offer interest free financing?

Yes, we offer Zip Money and AfterPay. Terms and conditions apply. Please ask in store for more information.

Do you support NDIS funding?

We have multiple customers who have used the National Disability Insurance Scheme to assist in the purchase of their Latex Mattress Australia mattress and/or base. Contact us today to discuss how we can assist you.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Latex Mattress Australia takes pride in our top-quality and hand-crafted latex mattresses. All our mattresses and bases are hand made to order and made to the highest quality standards.

Latex Mattress Australia is able to dispatch most mattress and bases orders within approximately 10 working days of receipt of your payment. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our factory team will provide you tracking details at time of dispatch. However, please note that most freight agents do not always have the capabilities to give specific delivery dates and times.

Will you confirm my delivery?

Any specific delivery requests confirmed at the time of placing your order will be scheduled accordingly. However, please feel free to call 1300 759 859 with further queries and one of our service consultants will assist you.

What is your Returns policy?

As the majority of our products are made specifically to order, we do not offer refunds on any of our products for comfort preferences.

Can I change my order?

If you find that for any reason you need to change an item in your order, please call us on 1300 759 859tel:1300759859. Once an order has already been processed and dispatched from our warehouse we, unfortunately, cannot cancel or vary it.

What does your 21 Year Guarantee cover?

Our mattresses have a full 21 Year Guarantee which covers faulty workmanship and materials, from the date of purchase.

What do I do if I receive a defective or damaged Item?

At Latex Mattress Australia, we take great pride in the quality of our mattresses and bedding products. Every item is carefully inspected before leaving our factory. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. If an item is found to be damaged or defective on receipt, please contact us on 1300 759 859 within 24 hours on receipt of your goods.

What is leveling within your cover?

As your new mattress arrives, like a new pair of shoes, the fabric and material need to adjust to your body shape. You may even find your mattress a little firmer than in the showroom as you are the first person to sleep on your new Latex Mattress Australia mattress. This is completely normal and is standard in the mattress industry. We find that everyone is different and that goes for how long it takes to find your mattress to adjust. After a few weeks you may notice leveling within your mattress – rest assured this is not the latex but the cover conforming to your body impression. This is normal, as they are supposed to do, and shouldn’t be considered a sign that something is wrong with your new mattress. Your mattress will naturally remain firmer where you and/or your partner don’t sleep. If you and/or your partner do not sleep in the centre of your bed, the centre will remain firmer than the sides where you do sleep.
