Click and Collect is available from our Mosman, NSW Showroom and Springwood, QLD Showroom.
Latex Mattress Australia mattresses are individually handcrafted to order to your exacting requirements. Deliveries are made direct from our factory to your residential address with each product secured in protective packaging and delivered using dedicated service partners.
Delivery times can vary according to location, with deliveries into regional centres taking longer than metro cities. We will confirm the expected date of delivery at the time of order.
Our factory team will provide you tracking details at time of dispatch. However, please note that most freight agents do not always have the capabilities to give specific delivery dates and times.
If you wish to personally collect your order from us, you can arrange to do so from our Springwood showroom in Brisbane or our Mosman showroom in Sydney. You can select Click and Collect as a Shipping option at Checkout.

We aim to keep delivery fees to a minimum and have long standing arrangements with our dedicated delivery partners. Unless freight is stated with your online order, please contact us for pricing.
We require an Australian street or residential address for all deliveries as we cannot deliver orders to a PO Box. If access is difficult for example not to the ground floor, or you require product/s to be carried inside and/ or upstairs, please let us know in advance as additional charges may apply.
If the delivery address is unattended or you are not available to accept the delivery, you need to contact the freight agent directly with the instructions: “Authority to Leave” goods if unattended.
We provide road freight nationally and the delivery of goods is coordinated by third party agents. All online orders are shipped via road freight.
It is strictly to the ground floor and/ or front door only by a single delivery driver. As such, this service does not include:
Mattress Toppers are compressed and rolled weighting approximately 15kg.
Due to the size and weight of mattress and base orders, please organise help from another person to take your order from the ground floor and/or front door inside your residence. Please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that the packaged product/s will fit through doorways, staircases, and/or elevators before placing your order.
All products are triple wrapped for interstate travel and we recommend removing the outer bag prior to taking the product into your home as this outer packaging can sometimes be dusty after the journey.
Latex Mattress Australia offers a white glove service to customers nationally. This includes delivery, installation and removal of product packaging.
