Organic Cotton & Tencel Stretch Cover
Tencel is a fibre made from the wood pulp of sustainably grown Eucalyptus trees. It is silky-smooth, antibacterial and has the ability to wick 50% more moisture than cotton. Tencel also assists to regulate body temperature.

Removable and washable is a must have feature for those early years and all our cot and bassinet mattress covers are zip off and machine washable. Our stretch Tencel and cotton blend cover will provide a cool and comfortable sleeping environment for your child. Stretch Tencel and organic cotton is also available for an ecological choice. The materials used in our covers have also received STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX to ensure no harmful substances like flame retardants are present.
BREATHABILITY OF TENCEL®
For a luxurious and premium finish, our Pure Mini Cot Mattresses feature a Tencel® cover. Tencel® wicks away moisture, is breathable, and ideal for asthma and allergy sufferers. The cover is removable and washable – simply unzip your cover and wash to refresh.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Caring for your Pure Mini Cot Mattress:
- Always use a mattress protector.
- Alternate between rotating and flipping the latex mattress regularly, every 6 months.
- As required, gently vacuum cover with appropriate attachment.
- Do not place or keep your latex cot mattress in direct sunlight.
- Air regularly for a maximum of 1 hour out of direct sunlight but in warm dry conditions.
- Do not steam or dry clean your latex mattress and always protect it from water and other fluids.
- Do not allow anyone to stand or jump on your mattress. It was not designed for this type of use and will void the guarantee.
Cover Washing Instructions:
- Do not steam clean.
- Do not wash the latex rubber. Do not get the latex wet. If the latex gets wet, remove cover immediately and dry out the latex completely in a room with high air circulation.
- Remove cover and zip-close the cover completely to avoid the zip snagging the delicate fabric in the washing machine.
- Wash the cover on a cold wash cycle with mild laundry detergent and hang dry.
- Do not use warm or hot wash cycles.
- Do Not tumble dry. Do not use bleac

Bassinet mattresses are made with a standard thickness of 50mm in height and cot mattresses are made in 100mm in height. Firm density of latex is used to provide support during this crucial time of growth. When measuring for your latex mattress, ensure the length and width dimensions are exactly equivalent to the inside dimensions to avoid dangerous gaps that can potentially trap a sleeping child and cause suffocation. Most cot and bassinet suppliers provide specified mattress dimensions.

As per the size guide, there may be a slight different in measurements once you remove your mattress from its packaging. Please allow the latex to recover and give it a little shake to assist the mattress in recovering back to its original size. The measurements given on the site are only meant to serve as a guide for choosing the correct size of the product.
