Highly recommended! We purchased our first latex mattress through their Brisbane office over the phone as we live in Melbourne. I was nervous about not being able to try before I buy but with the helpful over the phone guidance I felt confident I was getting a really high quality mattress that would suit my husband and I. We've nearly had it a year and we absolutely love it. My husband says he can't wait to go to bed it's that comfy and he was sceptical.

Why oh why have we put off buying this mattress! Buying the Pure Indulgence Latex Mattress seemed like such a risk... especially since we bought it sight unseen because of COVID-19! Such a great decision! The mattress is better than we'd hoped for...better sleep and wake up much better! So comfortable...love going to bed! Firstly, I highly recommend latex mattress vs other types, & absolutely recommend getting your latex mattress from Latex Mattress Australia! Customer service was excellent - highly knowledgeable about not only their range, but also able to give you some insight into differences between latex mattress & memory foam or inner spring,
I live in VIC, so handled everything over the phone/email, but whole process was extremely efficient (& that includes LMA having to content with NDIS in my case too!), with delivery & unpacking people on time & extremely helpful.
Re the mattress itself - I have a permanent spinal injury from an accident 15 years ago, & within 2 weeks of having this mattress I have lost the nagging lower back pain that I thought was just a normal consequence of my back injury. Apparently that was all purely because of my previous inner spring with memory foam topper mattress!
