Please note, freight pricing quoted on our website is door to door. The freight company is not able to carry the items inside your home, unpack or install the products. If you would prefer a white glove delivery service with installation, please contact one of our Sleep Specialists for a quote and we would be happy to arrange this for you
Dispatch
Once your payment is received, we will begin manufacturing your topper or mattress. Latex toppers are generally dispatched next business day. Mattress are dispatched in approximately 10 business days. We will provide you with a tracking link and code so that you can track the status of your delivery. Delivery timeframes will be according to the freight company in your local area.
